Straight up do not recommend, an ungodly amount of roots to trip on and get your pedals hung up on. Very flat, lots of roots and boring. It seems you can park by the fire department then walk to the left 200 feet and gate 1 is the entrance.

You have to be very careful on this trail I love walking it but the roots are very dangerous, it gets very muddy easily, And I ran it to a homeless person just laying in the middle of the trail one afternoon. It looks like a great place to bike.

The entrance is visible from the road but not from the parking lot. I went in at gate 2 and I had a good time, took me about 30 minutes to complete the circuit following the signs the best I could. The trail wasn't very well marked but most of the turns were. There are a lot of roots. I mean a lot. I took the blue track everytime. There are some pretty good man made and natural features.
