Not to my knowledge. Mostly walking, as you have to walk into the cemetery. You may take a mule & carriage ride TO the cemetery, but have to walk in.

Hearse. And no, you cant take any car into the cemetery.

Don't think so. The cemetery is quite small and very full of guided tours. There may be an option to ride to the cemetery and tour on foot.
