Hope Mausoleum is wonderful and we highly recommend that you reach out to them when you are in need of an eternal resting place for a loved one . Over the past several years, our family had to endure a number of significant events. Through the passing of our father and our grandparents, Hope Mausoleum has helped us throughout and become an extended family member, helping plan and coordinate between the different needs and concerns of my self, brother, sister and mother, along with other family traditions that we wanted to properly respect. There have been numerous times where they have gone over and above to make sure everything was done exactly right, and we can't thank Hope Mausoleum enough for that. The mausoleum is beautiful and peaceful, we are SO thankful for the caring services, and we are absolutely confident we couldn't have gone anywhere better.

Hope Mausoleum is very respectful of the family of the deceased. I read the reviews and was worried that I would not be able to visit the site of a distant uncle. I was told the same as previous reviews have stated about proving lineage, but they worked with me. A lot of people are quick to judge and write nasty reviews, but Hope Mausoleum's policies are in place to serve the best interests of the living family members and their wishes for their loved ones. The gentleman there explained the reason for the policy and very kindly worked with me. We are used to being allowed to wander cemeteries (not always in the safest settings), and I appreciated how respectful and clean Hope Mausoleum was. They provided a safe space to tour and it just goes to show how politeness and understanding go a long way.

This place is one of the most beautiful burial sites I have been to, and a place I will enjoy visiting in years to come. Hope Mausoleum was very accommodating for the death of my father in law. They made the process of getting a plot for him and arranging the ceremony very streamlined. Like any burial site there are restrictions on what you are able to do but the friendly staff was very kind in helping us with our requests. This site and service are slightly above average compared to other sites and the funeral service is roughly the same as other average cost places, but obviously the facility and the staff are why you pay the extra.

Went there with a friend to pay her respects to her grandmother. We were treated very disrespectfully by what seems like the man prior complaints were written about. The gates were open and it states they are open until four o'clock. When my friend commented that never in her life was she treated that way, his response was "Well now you have." He slammed the gates behind us and said we would have to prove lineage when we return if my friend wanted to visit her grandmother. He was extremely rude and lacked any compassion whatsoever. I would like to know where it states that you have to prove lineage in order to visit your family member. I've never heard of such a thing. The way were treated was absolutely ridiculous. His behavior was completely unacceptable and irrational. I was actually scared by his aggressiveness.
