You will need to call the New Orleans Catholic Cemeteries for permission to wed in their cemetery. Don't just think you can pop in & do it. You also have to be with a licensed guide to gain entry. Rev. Tony has some wonderful ideas & places for weddings. Best to confer with him!
Access to St. Louis #1 appears to be limited to small tour groups and videography is restricted by the Catholic Church. This cemetery is smaller and more cramped than the other ones. It's technically possible, since you could bring a priest or judge along on a tour and pause briefly to exchange vows, but I can't imagine bringing in typical outdoor wedding furnishings, food or musicians unless your uncle is an archbishop.
