I believe that the librarians will help you learn how to navigate the Internet and use their specific computers. As for setting up a go-fund-me page, I don't think they do. I know they don't sit and help you navigate/fill out a specific job application. I think their assistance is of a more general nature. It is a wonderful, well used library with great workers and volunteers! You may find a patron rhat would be willing to get you started.
Not knowing what a "go fund me page" is, makes it difficult to answer this question. But having talked to many of the staffers at the library, I have faith someone will be able to point you in the right direction. Go in and ask around.
