This is due to a particular law in NC since they serve liquor and not food, which must be 30 percent of sales to be a public establishment. If you pay a fee of 10 dollars to be a member it's good for a year and you can bring a guest.
No it is not. Does have that atmosphere though
No food, fantastic cocktails. There are many places within short walking distance with food options..
They are not bartenders. They are mixologists, true professionals of the art.
