If you can stick it out please do! This place is not a good living condition for kids. They’ll put you on the 3rd floor and it’s smells like mold! A baby died last year from it and they still haven’t done anything about it! You’re a money sign to them they could care less if you come and stay for months! Women have been here for years. No need to ask for help with housing the same way you go out and apply it’s the same here they don’t just give it to you.
Yes you can go there if they have an available bed they will give you an assessment and then once you do the assessment...the person who interviews you will be your caseworker he or she will help you find a job if your not already working and housing for you and your kids
