If I remember correctly; you might find it is a long walk from the parking area to the water. In other words it might be easier to launch elsewhere.

I doubt it very much. You might be able to kayak up to it but not bring it in and go from it.

I'm not sure. It's possible, but I don't know if they would let you bring a kayak into the sanctuary. Give them a call.
