Not sure. But I've noticed several parked there over night. As well as big rigs.

I think the only vehicles parked in there parking lot is big truck's that had delivered there.
There is a few motorhomes parked in the parking lot closer to Abercorn street. I think the body/ auto shop is working them. The shop is on Abercorn street itself and the back of the shop is shared by Lowes parking lot. Maybe this help with your question. I don't think you can dry camp in the parking lot, they had portable camera everywhere in the parking lot
I not sure. But I really don't think so. Never seen any parked there before. As for the big rigs they might have permission
