I assume you mean primer and not a brand called premier. How much are you looking for? A gallon? A spray can? Is it for word? Outside? A car? Metal? A lot of variables that have bearing on the cost. When I was looking at spray paint, I saw primers cost from $3 to $7 in spray cans. Your best answer is to call Lowe's directly and ask to speak to the paint department. Explain to them what your project is and they can tell you whivh primer to use and how much. From there, a price can be determined.
