Why does nobody answer the phone at this place ,and when they do it takes forty five min ,they cancel my apointment and dont tell me i drive up there left work early to go there and they moved without saying a word and ben trying to get a script for two weeks allmost this is just crazy how can they operate like this
I've never had to leave a message.
I have never had them call me. I sometimes get Emails back though. But my clinician is retired now, and I can't get anyone to help me at all.
I've not had issues when calling. Even if I leave a message, I call back because I would rather not wait for them to "get around to" returning my call! 😁
Messages dont normally get answered especially med station....all phones usually busy
