The Doctors and therapist and counselors are very professional and caring I’ve been with them for over four years and they have always helped me with my mental health issues and I’m doing very good now cause of them they deserve the most respect.

This facility is not reliable, the on-call provider is entirely unhelpful, it’s hard to get in touch with a provider, and the reception is rude and also unhelpful. As a healthcare provider myself, I don’t think a mental health facility should lack such empathy and the attention their patients deserve. The reception makes me question their capabilities of their job title.

Why does nobody answer the phone at this place ,and when they do it takes forty five min ,they cancel my apointment and dont tell me i drive up there left work early to go there and they moved without saying a word and ben trying to get a script for two weeks allmost this is just crazy how can they operate like this
they messed up my script that i tried to pick up saturday. today is wed. STILL NO call back from any of the daily voice mails ive left for them.... even Walgreens cant get ahold of them! and still cant get my perscription! this is unexectable and will be in touch with the BBB.
Phones at 8, but appointments are at the discretion of the doctor/therapist. Some have earlier appointments.
