Dr. Fechner is one of the top facial plastic surgeons in the state and very likely among the best in the U.S. I've had a liquid lift done by him and the results are terriffic. It's subtle and perfect for anyone who doesn't wish to go for the dramatic change of a full face-lift. I've also had various treatments on my face, skin, and body, including the melabrite peel, ipl photo facial, ultherapy, coolsculpting, and thermiva. (I've had more but those all come to mind right now) I usually see Jennifer Verdini, one of the most experienced and skilled practitioners at the practice. The results for each treatment have been wonderful. I cannot say enough about how skilled Jennifer is and how thrilled I've been with the results. My only concern is the way I've been treated after a misunderstanding with regard to a balance that I owe. Ive never refused to pay nor have i disputed any balance. I have had some unexpected events arise that altered the timeline for my payments. I think that there are ways to handle customers that don't alienate them or make anyone uncomfortable. The person who handles those aspects of the practice has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and right now I never want to set foot there again.

So many of my friends have traveled to other countries for facial plastic surgery. I am not comfortable with the concept of “plastic surgery abroad,” because for me, surgery of any kind being done safely and correctly is of great concern. I found Dr. Fechner through a good friend who is a nurse and she highly recommended him. I am extremely pleased with my first procedure and I am now going forward with a second. From the moment I stepped in the office I felt very comfortable, including the day of my procedure. The staff and Dr. Fechner were so polite, caring, and most important, knowledgeable. Any questions I had they answered thoroughly and eased all my concerns. The recovery process as well as the days before and after my surgery were all smooth-sailing and delightful.
