I had to rewrite a contract and she helped me throughout the process with regards to actually waiting over the phone to talk with my Dealership and get me in a switch out . Vehicle has to be brought back during office hours. Unless you work it out with them.
If you use credit your deposit comes back immediately, debit takes about three days. It depends on your bank. It was the weekend ?
