There is a parking fee of $5 from Memorial Day through Labor Day. If you have a permit for the Dog Park, the fee is waived. You also need to reserve some of the picnic areas.
Yeah you do! I think during summer months. It's $5 without, but if you have a year pass (get it at the Sleepy Hollow Town Hall) you don't need to pay.
