Amazing park on the Hudson river. The views are just stunning. The trees all around are so beautiful. Good size park with plenty of tables and BBQ. There was plenty of parking and public bathroom. I liked how there was benches along the river to sit and enjoy all the views.

A nice little park away from all the crowds. We went to go have a little BBQ on a Saturday and it was fairly easy to find a grill. We had a beautiful view of the bridge and we’re right on the water. There was a trash can easily available and plenty of parking for the size of the park.

Yes ,there's plenty of grills for everyone not only for residents. The parking is 10 dollars , 5 dollars if you are resident. You don't need a permit to grill. Reservations are for gazebos.
Acacia or Black Locust?
Only if you are going to rent a gazibo or pavilion. There are many bbq places free. You can visit sleepy hollow web site recriation and parks
There is a parking fee of $5 from Memorial Day through Labor Day. If you have a permit for the Dog Park, the fee is waived. You also need to reserve some of the picnic areas.
