Why is it that Every time I call for any reason my call always go to voice mail. "WHY HAVE TAKE OUT IF YOU NEVER RESPOND"?!!! Ridiculous, with two waffle house's almost right next too one another.

Why isn't anything done about it? Some would like breakfast before (9:00pm.) Also what if an employee has a home emergency. What's to be done then? Really would be nice to keep the only line of communications for the outsiders open. (AT ALL TIMES!!!)

So basically NO one has a good experience at this waffle house?

During the day they never answer the phone. The day shift actually cut the ringer off. I'm an employee there and I literally have to cut the ringer back on or put the phone back on the hook. It's ridiculous. Night shift will most likely answer your call after 9pm
