I am handedcap and they make all people wait outside and to order food.I order an omelet meal with bacon and a large grits. The eggs are small and the bacon were crushed and suppose to gave me wheat bread, they gave me white bread. Very poor reception, no face masks or gloves on employees. The worst waffle I have to in the last 10 years. Please don't go there. They knew I was handedcap and made stand there for 25 minutes for the wrong order and didn't apologize.

I ordered double hash rounds only received one, normally they're pretty good about your order but this time even the hash browns were a little burnt and now you have to go to the window to order instead of going inside

Had a great experience at this Waffle house I had a 3 egg Fiesta Omelette. Jeffery was the grill master and was so Jovial and was as happy as could be. He made the breakfast! However the food was great as always!

Why isn't anything done about it? Some would like breakfast before (9:00pm.) Also what if an employee has a home emergency. What's to be done then? Really would be nice to keep the only line of communications for the outsiders open. (AT ALL TIMES!!!)
The tables are spread apart and all staff wear masks and keep their distance. They sanitize frequently.
