Yes, I had a ring sized 2 sizes up. They ring is more than 15 yrs old and looks like it was bought today.
Yes they do. I had one that was 4 or 5 sizes too large and they resized it beautifully. They even gave me the extra bit they took out in case I ever had to upsize it again.
