Hi Liz, Most everything in the store is 14 Karat or 18 Karat gold. There are a few gold plated pieces... like our money clips. But I can't think of anything else off the top of my head. Most everything is real gold. Thank you for contacting us. Cheryl

No. They have sterling silver and may have some gold-filled. Not sure. I think the name is because they make beautiful custom pieces in gold. Artistic license in a name. Fine store.
