I stopped in for an inspection and arrived @ 10:00 a.m. forgetting they actually open at 11:00 a.m. now. Left and came back. I was greeted with a huge smile and “ how can we help you by David”. I was actually pleasantly surprised by that. So many businesses now days treat you like you are a bother. He inspected and cleaned my rings while I questioned him about a watch for the hubby . He was very patient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. This business GETS It! I would definitely recommend checking them out if you haven’t already ,

We went in to get wedding bands and ended up getting a custom one made to fit the uniquely shaped engagement ring we had. They were very receptive of feedback on initial renderings and in the end we were able to get exactly what we wanted and the ring was beautiful and one of a kind. Sarah at the store helped us through every step of the process and we got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely shop there again for any jewelry we might want in the future and I would highly recommend the store to others looking to do the same.
