Went as a group and we had a blast!! Our guide, Captain Todd was awesome! I will definitely be back. It is truly a two hour experience and via walkie talkie, he keeps you entertained, not to mention its beautiful. Do it!!

The price is per boat and includes up to 2 people. The age limit to board the boat is 5 years.
Hello Stewart. Kayla and John kindly shared how the CatBoat Adventure Tour works. You will drive your own 2-person powered catamaran on a guided tour across beautiful Lake Dora through the world-famous Dora Canal and into Lake Eustis. You will see nature at it's finest and learn some of the very interesting history of this area on this 2-hour narrated tour. The captain/guide shares all of this with you by way of radios that each person receives. The experience is a blast and we hope you decide to join us.
Dangerous Bob informed us that there is a small cooler if you wanted to put a drink in there. You can also bring your phone or camera for pictures as there's a secure box they can be placed in. The secure box isn't very large so a large woman's purse wouldn't be recommended. It's not recommended to have electronics out while the cat boat is driving. You'll be able to stop and take pictures along the tour.
Hi Lynn. There is only one manufacturer of CraigCat Boats. We have a fleet of CatBoats...they are considered high powered with 30 hp engines. I am not sure of your previous experience. We have run CatBoat Adventures’s since May 2019. Our tours are fun-filled and offer the beauty of our waterways.
The price is $69 per person for the two hour tour of Lake Dora and the Dora Canal. You can book through the website CatBoatTour.com.
