Typically they change when they do remodels across all of the stores. Sometimes it's colors, sometimes it's things like going from a dash in the name to a star in the name, and sometimes the type of store will make a difference as well. I know the green ones are typically neighborhood grocery stores. I worked on a remodeling crew that went from store to store when the name change went from the Star to the dash. I don't even know what it is currently LOL
I do not know why gray orange we do know why for the green because it's just groceries and toiletry and medical supplies
