I work for fitlife foods in plant city for a little over a year in the dish room I have bent over backwards for fitlife I was doing the other workers jobs from nights and the bosses always told us to come to them when we came into dishes from over night so we did the other shift also was leaving dishes over the weekend until Monday but today they fired me for complaining to much and I got up set and said I was going to look for another job but I wasn't I was just up set because of everything I had to go through everyday and yes they do have there favorite people

The managers arnt very good leaders and they pick favorites among the employees. The employee turn over here it is pretty quick. I took the job for the insurance benefits. I was let go a day after the insurance kicked in.
