Waiting over 45 minutes past appointment time and still haven’t been seen. If a provider is running that far behind, the office should call the patient to let them know so they can either reschedule or adjust their arrival accordingly. If I showed up to an appointment this late would they be gracious and see me? Yet that is what they expect.

The worst, I have been calling since last Monday to schedule an appointment and still nothing. I haven’t because they have employees that don’t even know how to verify a stupid insurance. So here I am having chronic headaches that my doctor doesn’t know what is causing them and referred me to this doctor Digeronimo.So it turns out that they don’t want to make me an appointment just because they don’t know how to verify a simple thing as my insurance. They should at least ask if I’d be willing to pay out of pocket but they don’t even give me that option, so they can go ahead and schedule an appointment. Mean while I am having to be enduring this 24/7 painful headache that no medication has been able to relieve.

Finally some answers. Years into chasing neuropathy problems I went to see Dr. Digeronimo almost as a last resort. He has a combination of meds no one ever tried before. He also understood how my medical history worked with the Neuropathy like no other Dr. has. The meds are WORKING and I am able to work on my farm as needed again!
