Great pick-up service. Nice and friendly staff. Only complaint is how they do the paid receipt. I would like to know everything I bought and how much it cost.

I'm a local and I have been to this restaurant under the old owner and the new owners. My opinion of this establishment is poor the food was ok the service was slow. The waitress's are friendly , the sad part is they charge an additional 4% for using a card. The portions have shrunk in size drastically and the prices are still the same as under the old owner. I wish they would choose one cuisine to cook not two. Anyone can cook alot of types of food but when you cook one type and do it very well, that's when people come back. Personally it's not Francos little Italy anymore and it's sad
