Hosted a brunch here & it was amazing! The food was prepared fast, the manager checked on us several times & helped us with anything we needed & my guests continued to comment on everyone’s amazing service at this location! Everything was clean, organized & the staff was super friendly! 5 stars!

Only giving a one star because I can’t go any lower. Everyone raves about Perkins so when I came to Memphis I had to check them out. This was a huge disappointment. I ordered French toast with turkey sausage and eggs. French toast was just egg and bread nothing else. The eggs and turkey sausage was actually good. I ordered country potatoes but didn’t receive them. I also ordered strawberry cheese crisper that was all burnt. Service was horrible and couldn’t even get a refill.

I'm almost certain it was an attempt at making/saving more money. Maybe making smaller muffins kept Perkins from having to raise the price. But whatever the reason at least their still delicious.
They aren't a steak house. Go to Hustons or Logans. They are steak houses.
