Jason's Deli is wonderful. The food and atmosphere are excellent. My favorite is the side salad, which you can make yourself. I was so full from the salad that I had to take my delicious panini sandwich to go.

I ordered a Togo. Took an hour to get my food because it was not on the "grab and go" shelf. When we came in, it was only 2 orders sitting there. We asked the first girl and she went to check something out. When I requested a refund after 45 minutes (it was a school night and my kid needed to eat before bed and my kid swear their jokes are new) magically and oddly, my order was finished on time but was placed behind the register on a 4 or 5 tier shelf. Food: 2 of us ordered a salad and it was too much on there. I had 2 things taken off when I ordered and added an extra egg. It was all toppings on that salad 😂😂😂 .. I found 6 halves of eggs in my salad. My kid enjoyed the sandwich. Yet, I would not return.

I worked with this location from afar to schedule deliveries for catered meals to St. Jude. The customer service and communication I received was excellent. Mare was extremely helpful and responsive and accomodated updates to my orders quickly. I would highly recommend using them for catered lunches. It was convenient and the staff enjoyed their meals!

Love this place! Grabbed lunch here on the way to a meeting in east Memphis. Had the grilled chicken and ranch potato with a cup of pot pie soup. It was delicious. The place is clean and the service is always fast and friendly.
