improved so much over the weeks- they just fired the young lady that is very kind will not be coming back. the man up there i think is a manager is very impolite and weird. they also have roaches and they touch the burgers and sandwiches with their bare hands

I ordered through doordash for delivery. As im waiting I get a call from my dasher stating they have given my order to ANOTHER dasher that's NOT EVEN ASSIGNED TO MY ORDER! I speak with the manager and he says, my order was already sent out. I stated to him that I've only had 1 person assigned to my order. Refuses to remake my order based off THEIR MISTAKE! After speaking with doordash, they confirmed that no one else was assigned to my order. The dasher for my order was waiting for my order at the restaurant. Luckily door dash was able to refund the money. Jr Fish and Chicken Frayser, Rate 0 because of poor customer service skills and the lack of ownership to mistakes.
