Absolutely unacceptable! Ordered an 8 piece boneless honey BBQ chicken wings and what I got was a whole bunch of popcorn chicken dripping in BBQ sauce..couldn't even eat it. The sonic burger was dry and grey looking and tasted nasty. Had a bad experience some 5 yrs ago with this same place over fried to a burnt crisp onion rings and a rude manager. Will never go back. Only gave 1 star because of the milk shake .

I waited at least 15 min before any staff members even ask me for my order. It wasn't busy at all I counted maybe 5 cars . After placing my order through there drive up screen. It didn't give me an option how to pay. I waited another 15 min and nothing. I kept seeing the other cars get there order and drive off. Others would pull up and place there orders. I just decided to leave , sec time this happens to me . First time I got my order but when I arrived home my burger was meatless. Yes they forgot the meat. Ive been a customer for many years and it's frustrating when you are also getting off from work and hungry and this happens to you. Sad thing is many take out restaurants around summer Ave have the worst customer service lately.

My husband and I each got one of those great sonic shakes. Mine was caramel fudge and his was vanilla. His vanilla shake was very rich and tasty. Of course mine was a delight. The young lady who brought them to us was very friendly and polite. I love Sonic. It's great if you want to just pick up and go and great if you just want to sit and rest during a busy day off running errands.
