My entire order was wrong. I'm allergic to onions and they put onions on my burger even though the receipt clearly stated no onion. My other 2 burger were also wrong. Awful!!

I pull up to drive in placed order for burger combo. They wrap their sandwiches in foil. When I unwrapped the first thing, bun iced cold, with cold tomatoes, cold lettuce, meat simi warm. With that coldest sandwich was cold. $ 8.22, Highland drive thru cashier Mesziaya. Be conscience about serving cold food, if I don't complaint about the price.

Always good. Kudos to the workers, its a fast paced environment to say the least. The only true fast food in Memphis, that gets your food out to you fast.

The drive-thru wait was a normal wait time that any restaurant in the area would experience. The employees are friendly, considering the short amount of time that we get to speak at the window. The food is tasty and never disappoints. I love their Cajun fries seasoning (I always double my fries order) and sweet tea!!

It may have been the person at the speaker. I always make them repeat the order back so I can tell whether it was the speaker or their incompetence. They dont particularly care for it. But my order is right 92% of the time.
All you had to do was call the 866 number on the products if you really felt like that
Fast food In general and Memphis fast food restaurants specifically are always going to have hit and miss days or nights. And I'm sure if Dy'Avian is slow, as you say, then they aren't to blame. Unless they're running everything from the drive-through to the kitchen and the window and if that's the case then I'd say they deserve a raise, not another job. If they need another job then maybe you got one for them?
Only drive thru open. They wear masks. Sometimes gloves when getting or giving payment/change back.
Im an executive chef and cook out has awesome quick food! So you definitely got a bad order. Or you are just upset. I would let the location know and they would take care of you. They have awesome customer service.

Couldn't find a number. If you go to the restaurant and one is on the door it can be added to their info.
They open at 10:30 am and close at 3 am.
