Fast food In general and Memphis fast food restaurants specifically are always going to have hit and miss days or nights. And I'm sure if Dy'Avian is slow, as you say, then they aren't to blame. Unless they're running everything from the drive-through to the kitchen and the window and if that's the case then I'd say they deserve a raise, not another job. If they need another job then maybe you got one for them?
There's a lot of restaurants doing this ever since the pandemic. Some are overworked and some don't care.
I have been going there since they have been open. I have only had to correct my order about 2-3 times. Right next door at Wendy's I have been called a b*tch over something they done. So I think cookout is doin ok. At the end of the day not every place is perfect not every person is perfect. Sometimes you gotta cut them some slack.
The night crew is definitely overworked and underpaid as many times the line is hanging out the parking lot and down the street into the early morning hours from late party goers. I have had many great experiences here and apologise for any inconvenience. Please be patient and please return so that management can correct this for you
