Stopped here for lunch. Told the lady at the order window I wanted a LOT of sweet and sour sauce with my 10 piece nugget meal. Got my food, they put 2 sauces in. I asked for 4 more. They said they would be 45 cents a piece. I offered my debit card and they said I had to park my car and go in. The lady finally gave me 3 when I complained. Then I start to eat and realized that I only had 9 nuggets in my 10 piece meal. Never stopping here again.

Worse fish sandwich. It was dry and hard not fresh at all. Never eating McDonalds again any where.

I ordered 2 Happy Meals and this is the thanks that I get. Those employees don't get it right. McDonald's employees don't care about the children or adults that eats this cold food. The fries were old, cold, and the hamburger was over cooked with no mustard and onions. McDonald's need to hire real employees and not lazy ones. I have to go to the good neighborhood and buy hot food. I dislike when I am served cold and stale fries. I went to this location 3 doggone times in one week. I drove to the window and the fries were so stale, I gave those fries to my dog. The manager told me to go inside to get a fresh meal, finally was a different manager. But still the manager should give the employees a quiz on customer service because somebody don't remember the rules. I am disappointed and I am never going back to this location. You take people money and don't give a doggone about customer service. The older lady at the last window says to me,"We don't do redos," and I am thinking like, lady I paid for a meal and my food should be hot and fresh at all times. No and it's buts about it. I tell you, there needs to be more Hispanic people at these McDonald's working. At least they do a better job and they care about customer service. Tip: Any time you order fries and they're hot, but the fries stands up in your fingers, these fries are fresh ones.

The drive thru lines get pretty long here, especially at night. The service is pretty decent and my food is almost always fresh. Always double check your orders for accuracy. Like any place else there's an occasional mistake.
