It may have been the person at the speaker. I always make them repeat the order back so I can tell whether it was the speaker or their incompetence. They dont particularly care for it. But my order is right 92% of the time.
You have to check your order and receipt. They are on a timer to beat the clock. I checked the receipt when they are gathering my food and then I checked the food bag before leaving. We have to be our own customer service.This is most food experiences... check your food.
