Trash Bourbon St chicken and shrimp. Looks nothing like the picture or the previous orders I’ve made with the location in Houston. I’m scared to eat it! Maybe because it was DoorDash they figured it was okay to send this out like this. Frozen chicken patty with no sign of life.

I had the 6 oz. sirloin medium rare with double mashed potatoes, instead of steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was from their lunch menu. The service was pretty terrific. Thanks Jacqueline.You did a great job. And it all cost $10.99 plus tax, which would have been a pretty good deal, even before Covid! It has been awhile since I last went to Applebee's, but this experience was wonderful 👍!

Look at the steak and you tell me how it looks. It’s one of their expensive Bourbon steak which has to come on a skillet, but they decided to serve on a cold plate without even bothering to inform us. This dish comes with mushrooms, but you will have better luck finding Waldo than mushrooms on my plate. 😂 Also, the ambience looked so dull that for a moment I thought if something was wrong. I like the food at Applebee’s, but this branch needs to improve.
