I have been trying to get my vehicle refinance for three weeks now.. Kept asking me for different documentations. Finally got approval for an amount. Then ask for the same documentation that I gave them once before. Then got approval for a less amount. No one, and I mean no one. Seems to know what’s going on. The staff is friendly coming into the door. But it’s downhill after that!!
