Everyone on the staff was outstanding through the surgery and when I was out of the surgery I would recommend anybody to go to the Mr Goldsmith he was very good and I would recommend anybody

Darrell is correct. We do accept Devoted Health Plans. You may be required to have a referral from your primary care physician to see an OMG Specialist. You call our office at 813-684-2662 to confirm your plan details and to schedule an appointment or have your primary care physician fax your referral to 813-441-7161.

How the hell do you create a patient portal password when you can only get as far as "terms and conditions" which does not have an " I Accept" box or anything else to get to the next screen?????????????

I really am pleased with the care they have given me.They have found my problems and taken steps very promptly to get me back to normal would recommend this place to everyone

If a patient was there for his appt but forgot his money and was told would not be seen and would not allow him seen while the other went to is house to get the 5.00 and they said no and he could not use the referral for another appt.
