I share this review because my experience at the store was horrible a couple in front of my ask for a question and the sales man was super rude those people left the store and don't buy anything because bad customer and service and again 2 sales man and they don't tried to solve the problem. then was my turn and was horrible too almost sale me a game in a different price and of course 10 dollars more I have to check and told them and of course he said he double check and finally get my price right horrible customer and service cero empate with customer I don't think i will go again to plant city gamestop im going a

I came into the store the Saturday before Easter with my husband to get last minute basket treats for the kids. We had questions about pokemon cards because, to be honest, we are a little clueless about them. We asked the employee for help and he was so rude I almost cried. I ended up leaving w nothing for my kid and will never back.
