Usually amazon provides that when you're doing a return and you print out and attach to package
Whenever we've returned Amazon boxes via this UPS Customer Service location, we've always had to print out our return labels first (and have them properly secured to the package) before bringing the package to the location for processing. The only thing they've ever printed for me there is a receipt. I think that's good to have for your records, so you can prove you delivered it. If you're not able to print your label, there's sometimes other return options that don't require you to print. I've dropped things off at CVS (Sterner's Way) and they simply scanned my phone screen instead of me needing a printed label. Super fast and easy. Each item's return process is different, so some have more options than others. If your only option is UPS and you can't print, I'd suggest giving them a call. Good luck. 👍
