It's not fair that they go up on the rent and people have nice looking stuff in there apt and we get stuck with all this old shut, but just keep boosting the rent up so other people are enjoying a nice updated on our exspense...
Yea, they won't do that unless you wanna pay the difference in rent to move to another unit that is upgraded.
