I have been at ship's cove for 27 years I complain about the neighbors letting their kids run up and down the hallway dogs barking all I was the night . These issues need to be addressed

No. You can only have a service/emotional support dog. Many people bring dogs in anyways and fake it. So, personally I’d never bring an animal here. The amount of dogs I’ve seen attacking other dogs is crazy.
