I bought tickets in April for the 12/15 show.
I downloaded the fever app and I cannot find them. When I download the fever app, it says "no tickets purchased." I have an email confirmation that I paid for them. Now what do I do?

Did you click on your "wallet" on the app? Also, the message/chat feature on the app works great. They are super responsive.
