no parking is free , but lower park is closed until spring. Upper trail is still open and you can go to floral ave and still see boiling pot
No permit needed for the parking. But please be aware that the driveway to the parking area is very narrow, steep and uneven. A car without enough clearance could suffer some major scratching in its undercarriage.
Upper parking lot, lower driving path you can park along. No permit needed. Lots of Picnic tables too
