A smaller shelter without curfew. Just like a studio and you pay a little rent based on your income. This end result will only materialize if you obey the rules, follow all your appointments respect staff and your fellow residents. You can get your GED there If you don't have. You can train to become security guard, CNA/ Nursing Assistant and house keeper. All these are all free.
Covenant House is a shelter for youth 16 to 21. They're not getting you an apartment. Hopefully, you will get a job and move into transitional housing at some point, which is simply a smaller shelter without a curfew.
