With the sampler package you park your car free and that's part of the package and then you can enjoy the property charge things to your room with your wristband and pay at check out... Go have fun
We had the Sampler package, the only thing We paid was using the wrist band that will charge food to your room. I cant remember if we paid any taxes you might want to call the Bluegreen part at the hotel on that one. No parking fees and we actually got parking passes for some friends that came to visit. The only cost for parking for friends was $10 a vehicle. There was no $25 fee unless other peoe were talking to the wrong person. We were just there in January. Amazing place to visit we had a blast and couldnt believe everything that was included in our stay.
I would look on the BlueGreen website. As an owner we have annual maintenance fees. I started with a sampler and there are no additional fees. As far as parking at Tradewinds you are allowed 1 vehicle per room. It is $25 per day per additional vehicle. There is not an additional cleaning fee but there are options for additional cleanings that cost extra.
Not sure what a sample package is but as a owner you will have maintenance fees once a year
