We love coming here. The beach is beautiful, service is top notch and all sorts of activities for children and adults. Yes, they have one of their pools designated for adults only which is great. When travel to the beach we usually bring our own beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, etc. But that is not needed at tradewinds because they have their own cabanas on their private beach. I only wish all the Oceanview rooms had balconies.

We feel completely deceived and lied to about what bluegreen vacations offered. We signed up to become members 2 weeks ago and were only given access to the website after our 10 day cancellation window expired. We could not book any of the resorts we wanted when we needed them and the quality of the resorts was overall very low. We are now trying to get a refund but they are refusing to refund us. If this company really was a good company they wouldnt want unhappy members. They would have integrity and stand behind their product. It's all just a scam. We are appaulled at the lies we were fed. I will use every course of action to tarnish their name until we are fully refunded.

There is no shuttle provided by The Tradewinds. However there's Free Beach Ride services.
You should have received confirmation of your stay about 30 days before your stay. Are you going 4A first time ? Or do u have a membership? We didn't have any problems. If you didn't hear from them then I'd say something fell thru the cracks and your stay was not confirmed. This location is nice but not super nice. There R better locations to go to.
No pets allowed
There are four restaurants on the first floor and a number of others within walking distance. You are directly on the beach and there other activities available. Whether or not you want a car is dependent upon how much of the city you'd like to see.

Everyone gets a room band and items can be charged to the room.
With the sampler package you park your car free and that's part of the package and then you can enjoy the property charge things to your room with your wristband and pay at check out... Go have fun
