i called them right now put me on hold more then 6 mins and every 2 mins saying hold for a second. when they heared i am new patient. very poor appointment service. if they are treating u like that for just taking first apointmnet how they will trea

I have never had trouble making a appointment and our first new patient appt was to get my 2 year olds tooth pulled out. They did so well and treated my child and I so nicely that's why they are our family dentist now.

I have never had a problem with them in terms of getting an appointment, and they have great dentists and hygienists. Try calling either before 11 AM or after 12PM as that's the lunch break time
