Hand cycle needed a new cable for its parking brake, and staff used a shifting cable instead due to the cycle's workings, far more effective and useful (original brake cable was frayed). Price was great and turnaround was quite good.

I have been working on bikes since 1978 and the last 9 years have restored hundreds of them. Ran into a jam with a tool I'd have to order from another country in order to finish an old Raleigh and they hooked me up in less than 2 minutes in the store, saving me a ton of $$ and time in the process. I hadn't been in the store since somewhere around 1981 and it's as if time stood still. Thanks again guys !

The guys at CK know what they are doing - great customer service and support and you can ask them any questions about bikes, they'll know the answer. Friendly too! They've helped this bike newbie more than a few times. 🙂

Unfortunately they do not rent. Albany area just isnt a big enough market for rentals.
