Perfect day fish were biting but I just wasn't able to set the hook. Alot of algae by the shore saw a baby painted turtle scurry under the grass. We did catch a lot of Sunnie's though.

I had to go to City Hall to request it. There is only one.
There was a boat rental outfit there when I last visited in July.
There aren't any hills and you can't go out on to the lake ice either. For sledding, I second Tawasentha Park.
