They provide the most professional, courteous, friendly, efficient service you could ever ask for. muqeet faiz and Henzel carolyn Y nice people made me feel very comfortable, didn't rush me and made sure I understood everything. I look forward to doing additional business with Sunmark.

stick with capcom sefcu or any of the other ones around here. Switched over my spending account to them. Keep thousands of dollars in it make monthly deposits never overdrafted. Left me stranded because they wouldnt clear a business check while i was out of town. Explained situation to manager how i was going to have to take a bus to my other bank and get cash to pay car mechanic 4 hours away(8hours round trip) wouldnt push BUSINESS check to clear a day early for me LOL. Could have walked into any check cashing place and paid 30 dollars and walked out with money in hand LOL but i chose to have the bank i make 10k monthly deposits with cash a 1800 dollar check on the mobile app and they leave me stranded. Starin and Katie the managers couldnt even spell customer service let alone give it. Absolutely disgusted that i chose to bank with them meanwhile im at a bus station because of it LOL
